When braking at highway speeds the brake pedal, steering wheel or front seats may vibrate. There seems to be a lot of confusion about brake pulsations. Brake pulsations can be caused by two things, Corrosion or excessive deviation of the brake discs. Repair is either replacement of the brake discs with brake pads or a resurface with an on car brake lathe.
